You will submit your dental and/or vision claims on myuhc.com for reimbursement from your Limited Purpose HRA. You can receive your reimbursement either by check or by setting up direct deposit into your personal bank account. Direct deposit reimbursements take about 2-3 days to receive after your claim has been processed. Check reimbursements take about 7-10 days to receive after your claim has been processed.
Please note that check and EFT reimbursement requests must be a minimum of $25. If the $25 threshold is not met within 30 days, the funds will release according to the method the member has requested or set up when submitting the claim.

No. To use the funds in your Limited Purpose HRA, you will file an online claim form on myuhc.com to be reimbursed.
You can file claims for eligible expenses through March 31 of the following year to submit claims for the current year. For example, if your claim was incurred in 2019, you have until March 31, 2020 to file for reimbursement. If your claim occurs in 2020, you’ll have until March 31, 2021 to file for reimbursement.
If you submit a claim that is larger than your Limited Purpose HRA balance, you will be reimbursed up to the amount available in your account. You will be responsible for any remaining claim balance.
You will lose the balance left in your account.
You will forfeit any remaining funds.
